For the past year, the Alliance has worked to help a broad range of groups — our member organizations and other community allies — to ensure that low income communities and people of color benefit from the large-scale redevelopments in our midst. One of our central strategies has been to elevate and develop the potential of Community Benefit Agreements (CBAs), as a particular tool in a wide variety of locations and circumstances.
