Fair Housing and Equity Assessment
The Fair Housing and Equity Assessment is a regional document that is intended to address the disparate burdens and benefits experienced by different groups across our region by increasing access to opportunities such as jobs, transit, quality affordable housing and good schools.
Corridors of Opportunity Community Engagement Team
In October 2010, the Twin Cities was awarded two competitive grants to support planning along the region’s growing network of transit corridors. Over the next three years, Nexus Community Partners, the Minnesota Center for Neighborhood Organizing and the Alliance for Metropolitan Stability will serve as members of the Corridors of Opportunity initiative’s Community Engagement Team.

The Alliance believes our transportation policy can bring specific benefits to local communities through access to jobs, job creation and connection to affordable housing.
